Technical apparel for training, running, yoga and everyday performance. Our activewear line covers leggings, sports bras, compression tops, joggers, seamless sets and lightweight jackets. We work with four-way stretch knits, brushed poly-spandex and recycled performance fabrics, using flatlock and coverstitch seams to eliminate chafe points at the shoulder, waistband and inseam.

Sportswear

Screen Printing
The most cost-effective route for bold, high-volume graphics. We use plastisol and water-based inks with a Pantone-matched mixing process, producing prints with strong opacity on dark fabrics and a soft, broken-in hand feel on lighter ones. Best suited to designs with a defined number of solid colours, and unbeatable on unit economics once you scale past a few hundred pieces.

Embroidery
Thread-based decoration for logos, crests, monograms and text where a premium, tactile finish matters. We digitise your artwork in-house the step that determines whether embroidery looks sharp or distorted and offer flat, 3D puff, tonal, metallic and appliqué embroidery across caps, chest placements, sleeves and back panels.
Direct to Film (DTF)
The most flexible technique in our range. DTF transfers reproduce full-colour, photographic and fine-detail artwork on virtually any fabric cotton, polyester, blends, fleece and stretch knits with no colour-count limit and no minimum that makes small runs uneconomical. The clear choice for sample runs, complex artwork and mixed-fabric collections.
3D Embossing
Raised, dimensional branding pressed into the garment itself. Embossed logos, panels and textures create a finish you notice by touch before you notice it by sight widely used on premium streetwear, sleeve branding, hood panels and pocket detailing where a printed logo would look flat. Works particularly well on fleece, neoprene and heavyweight knits.
Reflective Tape
Visibility built into design. We apply reflective tape, piping, heat transfers and printed reflective graphics to running apparel, cycling kits, outerwear and safety-conscious streetwear. Placement is engineered around movement shoulder, calf, cuff and back panel positions where visibility is highest to oncoming light.
