High-resolution PNG files at 300 DPI or above are also accepted. JPEG files are accepted but not recommended, as compression artefacts can affect digitisation accuracy. If your artwork requires redrawing or vectorisation, our design team will handle this prior to digitisation at no additional charge.

Our minimum order quantity for custom embroidery is 12 pieces per design. This threshold reflects the setup time involved in digitisation and machine preparation. For orders below 12 pieces, a sample or setup fee may apply lease contact our team to discuss your specific requirements.

Maximum embroidery area depends on the garment type and placement location. For a standard left chest placement on a polo shirt, the typical maximum dimensions are 10cm x 10cm. Thread colours are matched from our Madeira and Robison-Anton thread libraries to the closest available Pantone equivalent.
