Private Label T-Shirt Manufacturing — Your Brand. Your Spec. Your Label
Your brand deserves more than a generic blank with your logo printed on it. Private label manufacturing means the garment itself its fabric, its weight, its fit, its finish, its label, and its packaging is built to your specification, carrying your brand identity from the inside out.
Acticsports is a private label t-shirt manufacturer supplying fashion brands, sportswear labels, retail buyers, and wholesale distributors across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and global markets. We manufacture to your brief, your tech pack, and your brand standards with no compromises at any stage of production.
What Private Label T-Shirt Manufacturing Actually Means
Private label manufacturing is fundamentally different from buying blank garments and applying decoration. When you source a private label, you are not purchasing someone else’s product you are commissioning your own.
Every element of the garment is defined by you and produced to your specification:
Your fabric
GSM, composition, weave structure, and finish are selected to meet your product requirements not determined by what a supplier has in stock.
Your fit
Block and grading are developed from your measurements and fit standards. Your size S fits the way your customer expects a size S to fit not a generic industry average.
Your label
Woven neck labels, printed labels, heat-transfer labels, or tag-free finishes produced with your brand name, care instructions, and country of origin to the retail standard your market requires
Your packaging
Individual poly bags, folded presentation boxes, hang tags, tissue paper, and retail-ready packaging configured to your specification and your price point
Your brand
From the moment a customer picks up the garment, every detail communicates your brand not the manufacturer's.
This is what separates a private label product from a decorated blank. And it is the standard every serious apparel brand should be working to.
Every Detail, Built to Your Specification
We do not offer a catalogue of fixed options. Our private label manufacturing service is built around your brief and we work with you to develop every specification before a single sample is cut.

Fabric Options & GSM Guide
Choosing the right fabric weight is one of the most consequential decisions in t-shirt development. The wrong GSM for your target market will affect how the garment is perceived, how it sells, and how frequently customers return to buy again.
140–160 GSM — Lightweight
Best suited for warm-weather markets, summer collections, and fashion applications where drape and breathability are priorities. Commonly used for festival merchandise, summer retail drops, and promotional apparel. Not recommended for markets where garment weight is associated with quality perception.
170–190 GSM — Mid-Weight
The most widely used weight range across retail, promotional, and branded apparel categories globally. Offers the balance of comfort, durability, and perceived value that works across the broadest range of applications. Recommended as a starting point for brands developing their first private label range.
200–220 GSM — Premium Weight
The standard for premium basics programmes and corporate uniform applications. Holds its structure, retains its shape after repeated washing, and communicates quality at the point of handling. Increasingly the minimum weight expectation for fashion retail buyers in the USA and UK.
230–260 GSM — Heavyweight
The current standard for premium streetwear, oversized silhouettes, and high-end basics programmes. Associated with brands operating in the premium and luxury streetwear categories. Requires specific construction techniques to maintain quality at this weight.
Who We Manufacture For
- Fashion & Streetwear Brands: Emerging and established labels developing private label basics programmes, seasonal collections, and capsule drops — manufactured to the fabric, fit, and finishing standards their retail and direct-to-consumer channels require.
- Sportswear & Activewear Labels: Performance and lifestyle brands requiring private label t-shirts in technical fabrics — moisture management, four-way stretch, and recycled polyester compositions — with decoration and labelling to their specification.
- Corporate & Uniform Programmes: Organisations sourcing private label branded t-shirts for staff uniforms, event apparel, and internal merchandise — where consistent quality, accurate colour matching, and reliable repeat supply are the primary requirements.
- Retail Buyers & Buying Houses: Retail buyers and sourcing agents purchasing private label t-shirts from Pakistan for supply to fashion retailers, department stores, and online platforms in the USA, UK, and European markets.
- E-Commerce Brands: Direct-to-consumer brands building private label apparel ranges for sale through their own platforms — where product differentiation, perceived quality, and packaging presentation directly affect conversion and repeat purchase rates.
- Promotional & Brand Merchandise Agencies: Agencies sourcing premium private label branded merchandise for client campaigns, product launches, and brand activation events — where the quality of the garment reflects directly on the client's brand.
From Concept to Shelf — Our Private Label Process
- Stage 1 — Brief & Specification Development: Submit your tech pack, reference garments, or design brief. If you are at an early stage of development, our product team will work with you to define fabric, fit, construction, and finishing specifications. We provide guidance on fabric selection, GSM recommendations for your target market, and construction options at no charge during the briefing stage.
- Stage 2 — Fabric Sourcing & Approval: We source fabric to your specification and submit lab dip approvals — physical fabric swatches in your required colours — for your review and written approval before any cutting commences.
- Stage 3 — Proto Sample: A proto sample is produced in your specified fabric, construction, and fit. This is a development garment — the purpose is to confirm that the specification has been correctly interpreted before refinement begins.
- Stage 4 — Fit & Development Review: You review the proto sample against your fit standards and specification. Comments and revision requests are submitted in writing. We produce revised samples until the specification is confirmed to your satisfaction.
- Stage 5 — Pre-Production Sample (PP Sample): A pre-production sample is produced in the confirmed bulk fabric, with final labels, trims, and finishing details applied. This is the sample against which your bulk production order will be measured. Bulk production does not commence without written PP sample approval.
- Stage 6 — Bulk Production: Upon PP sample approval, your order enters bulk production. Standard lead times are 30–45 days from approval, depending on order volume and complexity. Production updates are provided at agreed intervals throughout the manufacturing process.
- Stage 7 — Final Inspection & Export: Every bulk production order undergoes final quality inspection against the approved PP sample before packing. AQL inspection standards are applied. Orders are packed, labelled, and dispatched with full export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, and country-of-origin certification.

Direct manufacturer no middlemen
We are the manufacturer. There are no agents, trading companies, or intermediaries between your brief and your finished garment. Direct access to our production team means faster communication, cleaner accountability, and pricing that reflects actual manufacturing cost.
Minimum orders that work for growing brands
Our minimum order quantity for private label t-shirt manufacturing starts at 100 pieces per style per colour. This is structured to support brands at the development stage not only established buyers placing thousands of units per style.
Pakistan's manufacturing advantage
Pakistan is one of the world's leading producers of cotton apparel, with a manufacturing infrastructure, raw material supply chain, and skilled workforce that supports high-quality production at pricing that is consistently more competitive than equivalent manufacturing in China, Bangladesh, or Turkey for cotton-based products.
Sustainable and certified production available
We support brands with sustainability requirements through access to GOTS-certified organic cotton, OCS-certified recycled fabrics, and production processes aligned with responsible manufacturing standards.
Consistent quality across repeat orders
Private label programmes depend on batch-to-batch consistency. Our production standards, fabric approval processes, and QC protocols are designed to ensure that your third repeat order is indistinguishable from your first.
Export-ready for retail
Our packing, labelling, and documentation processes are structured for direct retail supply. Carton marks, barcode labelling, retail-standard folding, and customs documentation are managed as part of every export order.
