Professional Custom Screen Printing for Teams, Brands & Businesses
When quality and consistency matter whether you’ve outfitting a sport team, launching a branded merchandise line, or fulfiling a corporate uniform order screen printing remains the most reliable method for high-volume apparel decoration.
At Actic Sports, we deliver precision screen printing on a wide range of garments, with strict quality control at every stage of production. Our facility serves clients across the United States, United Kindom, and globally, combining competitive pricing with the craftsmanship your brand demands.

The Case for Screen Printing
Screen printing has stood the test of time for one reason: it consistently produces results that other decoration methods struggle to match at scale. For businesses and organizations placing bulk orders, it offers a combination of durability, color accuracy, and cost efficiency that is difficult to replicate.

Exceptional color vibrancy
Ink is applied directly into the fabric under pressure, resulting in sharp, vivid prints that maintain their intensity even on dark or heavyweight garments.
Long-lasting durability
Screen-printed graphics are engineered to withstand repeated washing and extended wear without fading, cracking, or peeling — making them the preferred choice for activewear, uniforms, and merchandise.
Broad substrate compatibility
The unit cost decreases significantly with volume. For orders of 50 pieces or more, screen printing consistently offers the best value per piece across all printing methods.

How the Process Works
Our production workflow is structured to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clear communication at every stage.
- Enquiry & Quotation: Submit your artwork, garment specifications, quantity, and required delivery timeline. We will respond with a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
- Artwork Review & Screen Preparation: Our pre-press team reviews your files for print-readiness. Each colour in your design is separated and exposed onto individual screens, ensuring precise registration and colour fidelity throughout the run.
- Sample Approval: Prior to full production, we produce a physical sample or press proof for your review and approval. Production does not commence until you have confirmed the sample meets your requirements.
- Production: Upon approval, your order enters the production queue. Standard lead times are 7–12 business days, depending on order volume and complexity.
- Quality Control & Dispatch: Every finished garment is individually inspected before packing. Orders are dispatched via reliable international courier with full tracking provided.

Our entire process — from screen preparation and printing to quality control and packaging — is managed in-house. This eliminates third-party dependencies, reduces lead times, and gives us full accountability for the quality of every order.
Consistent quality across large runs
Maintaining print accuracy across high volumes is a discipline. Our team is trained to monitor colour consistency, ink opacity, and registration throughout every production run — not just at the sample stage.

Each client is assigned a point of contact who manages their order from enquiry through to delivery. You will always know exactly where your order stands.
Export-ready packaging
We understand the documentation and packaging requirements of international clients and export orders. Our dispatch process is structured accordingly.
Competitive pricing without compromise
Our location and operational model allow us to offer pricing that is highly competitive for Western markets, without reducing the standard of materials or craftsmanship.
Artwork support included
If your files require pre-press adjustments or vectorisation, our in-house design team will handle it at no additional charge.
Pricing & Minimum Order Quantity
Our screen printing service has a minimum order quantity of 24 pieces per design. Pricing is determined by the following factors:
- Total number of garments
- Number of print colours
- Print size and placement locations
- Garments types and specification
Volume pricing applies — the per-unit cost reduces progressively as order quantities increase. We are also able to accommodate mixed-style orders within a single print run.

Frequently Asked Questions
Screen printing is a method of applying ink directly onto a garment by pushing it through a mesh screen using a squeegee. A separate screen is created for each colour in the design, and ink is pressed through only the open areas of the mesh forming a sharp, precise print. The garment then passes through a curing dryer to set the ink permanently into the fabric. This process delivers vivid, long-lasting results and is the most widely used method for bulk apparel decoration.
Our minimum order quantity for screen printing is 24 pieces per design. This threshold exists because screen printing requires the preparation of individual screens for each colour, which makes it most cost-effective when spread across a sufficient number of units. For smaller quantities, we recommend considering DTF (Direct to Film) printing, which has no minimum order requirement.
The cost per shirt for screen printing depends on four main factors: the total number of garments ordered, the number of colours in the design, the print size and placement, and the garment type. As a general rule, the higher the quantity, the lower the cost per unit. Bulk orders of 100 pieces or more offer significantly better per-unit pricing than smaller runs. Contact us with your specifications for a detailed, itemised quote.
A properly cured screen print will last for the life of the garment. Unlike heat transfer or vinyl methods, screen printing bonds ink into the fabric fibres under high temperature, making it highly resistant to fading, cracking, and peeling — even after hundreds of washes. To maximise print longevity, garments should be washed inside out in cold water and tumble dried on low heat.
Screen printing uses physical mesh screens and is best suited for bold, high-volume designs with a limited number of colours. DTF (Direct to Film) printing transfers a full-colour design from a printed film sheet onto the garment and is better suited for photographic images, complex gradients, or small quantities. Screen printing generally produces a more durable finish at lower cost per unit for large runs, while DTF offers greater flexibility for intricate artwork and short runs.
Vector files are the preferred format for screen printing artwork. Adobe Illustrator (.AI) and .EPS files are ideal as they can be scaled without loss of quality. High-resolution PNG or TIFF files at a minimum of 300 DPI are also accepted. If your artwork is not print-ready, our in-house design team can prepare or vectorise it at no additional charge prior to production.
Yes. Screen printing works effectively on dark-coloured garments by applying an under-base layer of white ink before the colour layers. This under-base prevents the fabric colour from affecting the vibrancy of the final design and ensures accurate colour reproduction. The result is a bright, vivid print that maintains its intended appearance regardless of the garment colour.
There is no strict limit on the number of colours, but each colour requires its own separate screen. Most screen printing orders use between one and six colours. Designs with more colours increase production time and cost, as additional screens must be prepared and aligned. For designs with complex gradients or more than eight colours, DTF or sublimation printing may be a more practical and cost-effective alternative.
